Yep I went backwards as I cheated this weekend I really need to be more careful on my slack days.
Moving on I lost another 39.4 inches overall, these last 2 weeks soooo yay me.

You Will get back on track. Snacking has been my issue too. It’s so great the inches you lost. Sometimes that’s much more telling than the number on the scale. Keep it up! 😀0 -

I’ve never done keto, but I have done a lower carb diet. My sister is living with us temporarily and is diabetic. So my husband and I have decided to to go back to a low carb diet (for us it’s under 100gms per day). And we all went for a nice 2 mile walk today. Getting there. Slow changes.1
